1) Definitions -
Software: The stock market trading software known as “TradeAI1.”
Licensee: Any individual or entity who downloads, installs, or uses the Software.
Licensor: Wealthwisers Technologies Pvt Ltd.

2) Grant of License
License Type: The Software is licensed, not sold.
Usage: The Licensee is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software
for stock market trading in the Indian stock market.
Restrictions:
o The Software is not free to distribute.
o Only those who have made payment and obtained approval may download and use the Software.
o No modifications to the Software are allowed by anyone except Wealthwisers
Technologies Pvt Ltd.

3) Ownership and Rights
Ownership: Wealthwisers Technologies Pvt Ltd completely owns the Software.
Rights:
o Wealthwisers Technologies Pvt Ltd reserves the right to release future versions or
modifications.
o No other entity has the right to modify the Software.

4) Usage and Fees
o The Software is made available for operational use only.
o An annual subscription fee is required to continue using the Software beyond one year.

5) Termination
The Licensee’s rights under this license will terminate if:
o Violations occur (e.g., unauthorized distribution, unauthorized modifications).
o The annual subscription fee is not paid.

6) Governing Law
o This agreement is governed by the laws of India
